• 48-hour weekend - $750 ($500)
• Friday or Saturday - $500 ($300)
• Sunday to Thursday - full day $200 ($150)
• Sunday to Thursday - half day* $100 ($80)
  *4 hours or less
• ​FREE hall space on non-peak hours for league member-organized community programs and clubs​
• REDUCED COST hall rental for two separate events for WCL Board Members after first year of service!

Note: Extra time must be booked if you require additional time for set-up/clean-up.

• Maximum capacity is 110 people

Rental Requirements and Notes

• Event Insurance is required for all events in the amount of $2,000,000.
• A Liquor License is required for all events with alcohol.
  • ​Proof is required; lack of proof as of the rental date will result in your rental being cancelled.
• Damage Deposit of $600.00 
  • Payment by cash two weeks before the event.  
• The basic rental fee includes the use of:
  • Tables, chairs, coffee urns, garbage bins, mop and bucket, broom and dustpan, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and dish soap.
• The hall is not equipped with an AV system, so please bring your own equipment.
