Hall Rental Inquires
Rental Requirements and Notes:
- Event Insurance is required for all events in the amount of $2,000,000.
- Liquor License is required for all events with alcohol. Proof is required; lack of proof as of rental date will result in your rental being cancelled.
- Damage Deposit $400; payment by e-transfer or cash must be made two weeks prior to the event.
- The basic rental fee includes: use of tables, chairs, coffee urns, garbage bins, mop & bucket, broom & dustpan; supplies of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags and dish soap.
- The hall is not equipped with an AV system, so please bring your own equipment.
Extra time must be booked if you require additional time for set-up/clean-up.
