Our Role

The role of a Community League is to:

  • Speak on behalf of its members
  • Report on behalf of all its residents
  • Bring neighbours together
  • Provide recreational/social programs
  • Develop amenities
  • Represent community interests to government and other organizations

Community Leagues are a unique feature of Edmonton - there are currently 161 leagues!

Do I have to be a member?

You do not have to be a member to participate in our events. The League exists to support and represent all residents of Westwood.
